"Disturbing"

Last week, Ron Paul and Alan Grayson asked the Senate Banking Committee to postpone Ben Bernanke's confirmation. Read their letter here. I agree especially with #4 (transcripts of FOMC meetings). It's incredible this hasn't happened yet. Until it does, a complete assessment of Bernanke's performance by the Banking Committee is impossible.

I'll have more to say about this soon. But this is one confirmation that definitely should not be business as usual.
