From The "We Have It Pretty Good Here" File

"Dead bodies regularly float down the river and get stuck on the creeks' banks. There is no government agency held responsible for removing dead bodies from roadways and river banks."

Post report from a U.S. expat in Lagos, Nigeria, July 2007

You have to have a government and it has to have some control over its territory in order to have government agency to do any type of work.
THIS IRAQI GOVERNMENT HAS NONE.

This government sits in the green zone under the so called protection of the us army.

This is not the action of a sovereign state entity.

As far as I have heard the PM does not leave the green zone, because it is not safe for him to do so.

So how can you expect this government to be able to order something as simple as to collect of dead bodies from a river.

We wanted malleable characters that do what we want them to do and not nationalist with a backbone or ethics and that is what we got. What we also got was corruption and incompetence and stalemate.

That allows us to do what we want and to tell lies and show what a wonderful functioning democratic Iraqi government we have mentioned to install.
That that is a pack of lies does not matter as we have had a lying government since 2001 and we have not objected.
No we have even reelected it and WE JUST LOVE IT.

Sorry, for a minute there I thought this was a post-Katrina report from Southern Louisiana. My mistake.
