By these standards, almost no country on the planet has a soul remaining.
Here are some (and only some) examples:
France? Nope, see Algeria.
China? Nope, see Cultural Revolution.
Russia? Nope, see Stalinist purges.
Belgium? Nope, see Congo.
Germany? Nope, see WWII.
Japan? Nope, see WWII.
Italy? Nope, see WWII.
There are more, but you get the point. I guess we all have no soul.
