The sad part, this is Bush's pre-emptive war.

They took us there on lies, propaganda, and attacking anyone that questioned them. When we were down, they took us even lower.

I feel like America died when Bush was elected and his administration started tearing away at everything good we stood for and did. He said he'd bring integrity, and all he has brought was secrets, shame, lies, and trouble.

Listen and read the lyrics of the Dixie Chicks. The lead singer was attacked by the Bush right wingers because she dare speak about how crazy everything had become toward the buildup to the pre-emptive war in Iraq. And no one, Congress, the media, were asking the questions that needed to be asked and answered.

For comparison, over 6,800 Americans were killed taking the island of Iwo Jima in World War II.
