You can tell a lot about a country by the types of pictures its tourists and expats take. Everyone's seen a variation of this classic photo from Italy, right? Here's a sadly appropriate update for the times.

I'm curious about when the cross swords photo was taken. Dude seems happy and relaxed, no helmet, no flak jacket, no IEDs....

Do men ever have their picture taken at the Tower in Pisa where they are lying down in front of the tower, so that the Tower looks like their... oh, never mind
