C.R., What do you know about Goldman Sachs and one of its subs, MTGLQ LLC? Why is this company buying private homes for literally pennies on the dollar? And how?
I know there is a scheme behind it which will probably cost the taxpayers but I can't figure out how it will work.
On a different note, I read something recently on the Treasury website about Neel Kashkari initally coming on board to work on a project that has to do with India. Do you know what the project is or was?
Lastly, I've heard Mike Bloomberg and city officials on NPR talk about NYC's population increasing by a million in the next few years in connection with discussions about traffic congestion.
Do you know where the million new NYC residents will be coming from?
Mrs Panstreppon: I don't know about the rest, but I imagine that Bloomberg was talking about what might happen if gas had stayed at or above $4/gallon.
How about the Tennessee Valley Authority and the coal ash spills in Tennessee and Alabama - nothing like heavy metals in your drinking water. Is this from the "clean coal" they keep marketing to us. It sounds like much of our infrastructure that has been neglected and now breaking.
