Yeah! And make sure you wipe your feet so you track in alot of dirt onto our nice marble floor. You are lucky we even let you enter our building. We could pay ourselves more money if we didn't have to have people clean the floor every day.

Next thing they will do is charge a quarter to open the door.

I live in a smallish, rural community in SW Michigan and most of the banks and credit unions in our county have posted signs like these for the last six months or so. I believe they are intended to discourage bank robbers, or at least provide for a kind of early warning, as they began to appear after someone tried to rob one of our local bank branches.

This action should be mandated at every bank, S&L, & credit union.

Why should a disguised person be allowed to walk up to a teller's window?

Long overdue.

I've seen these signs for years. I thought it was pretty much standard practice. What's the big deal?

Most of the BofA bank robbers don't go to the branches. They work at World Financial Center or headquarters in Charlotte.

Ironic for sure, when you consider who did the robbing and brought the world's economy to its knees.

They're preparing for the day when main street awakens from its zombie stupor and realizes that sitting in their depreciating homes and watching their 401(k) plans evaporate doesn't satisfy the urge to take matters into their own hands and punish those truly responsible.

Anyone got a loose brick lying around?
