Iraqi oil was suppose to pay for this misadventure. May as well having it doing something. Nothing like massive traffic slowdowns and stops to put people in a good mood. The 3 main roads to my place are all under construction this summer...but I know when it is done traffice will be much easier. Wonder what the Iraqis think they have to look forward to...nothing easier, thats for sure.
Well....at least somethings getting done. When the civil war breaks out they can just dump the bodies in the trenches and bury them....kinda like the old days.

maybe they can use the dirt from the trenches to build panels for the wall around Jerusalem.
Rings of fire? Maybe fill the ditches with oil. whatever.

Trenchtown 'Raq, huh?
Finally....going all 'Middle Ages' on them. It's like taking a page from the textbook on The Crusades....was GW reading Chaucer on his last vacation?
Maybe we can get Mexico to commit some 'troops' for the haul.

Maybe it will keep the bad news from leaking out continually from now to election day.
This would have been a very fine idea about two years ago.

The long gas lines in the early 70's didn't kill people in this country.
I suspect the Iraqis are at least as resilient as we were.
Gosh, there is a lot of effective material here!
