And the definition of success as I described is sectarian violence down. Success is not, no violence. There are parts of our own country that have got a certain level of violence to it. But success is a level of violence where the people feel comfortable about living their daily lives.Victory? We'll know it when we see it.

200 dead in one day just a week or so ago. U.S. troop deaths over 100 in April.
Sure sounds to me like the violence is reducing.
Are we not lucky that most of the dead are not counted, nevermind the wounded.
As Barbara Bush reminded us, we do not want to burden our beautiful minds with that kind of stuff.
I believe Shrub lifted this from the Kerry from a 2004 debate ...possibly the one where he was wearing a "wire"
