Agreed. Concise and true. Now, how many Americans heard Bush's explanation and how many heard Senator Webb?
No, seriously, I'm asking. Since I no longer watch network news and assume I'm in the relatively small percentage reading political blogs.
The problem is not what they hear, but what the comprehend or even understand.
