They're Clapping As Fast As They Can

After the Dow lost 237 points on Monday, I thought it might be interesting to check the tone of the coverage on CNBC. Right away, I saw this breaking news on the screen: "Alert: Dow +2.3% year-to-date."

Call it the Fox Business Channel effect, I guess.

Finally getting to the last step. Keep 50K troops bunkered in Iraq. Only come out when your puppets are threatened and to defend your oil projects. Twas only a matter of time. We'll see what happens after we pull the majority of our troops out. This is when things will get interesting.

Inflation...how about the dollar down 40% ...so in any other currency denomination you are down 37%!

Reminds me of the old joke about an optimist who falls from the top of a 50 story building. On the way down he says "49! So far, so good. 48! So far, so good. 47! ..."
