I thought Bush, after the market crash, and after all the Enron's, Adelphia's, Tyco's, Worldcom's, HealthSouth's, Grubmans', etc, said he was going to clean up the corporate corruption and Wall Street.
But it seems the same stuff is going on as strong as ever.

PS: What do you think of the new system by Cox and the SEC (XBRL project)? Getting rid of the 10-K, 8-K reporting... Will this expose or hide corporate corruption and hurt or help investors?
