Actually, I believe he's a good pal of Bush. And since Bush pardoned that scumbag Libby, I would guess that "the Rocket" has been told "don't sweat it".

Jesus - shouldn't congress be pushing inherent contempt charges against Miers and Bolten?

Isn't baseball a private enterprise? Last time I checked, the games weren't free - it was a business like everything else. Why should congress concern itself if someone wants to 'enhance' their play?
