Speaking of hypocrisy: conservatives are constantly complaining about the poorly educated electorate----but do you ever once hear them complain about uneducated, unqualified Presidential candidates? Why don't they propose a literacy test for politicians? Seriously, why not have literacy/civics/econ exams for people seeking high office?
Off topic slighly, you might be interesting in a site, Today's Front Pages, especially in light of the chaotic reporting on the WVirginia miners. This site got it right too.
Josh Mankiewicz, at Dateline, talking about blogs and Clinton's plantation remark:
And there was a lot of blog traffic about Hillary Clinton’s remark that Republicans run the U.S. house “like a plantation.” She added, “And you know what I’m talking about.”
Well, no I don’t. The only people it apparently made sense to were conservative bloggers, who used words like "racist," "absurd," and "ludicrous."
But then Americablog.com reported how Republicans and conservative media had already used the word “plantation” at least seven different times over the years to describe Democrats.
And of course, no one complained when that happened.
I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating the indexes easily.
